
Turn around time
Although every effort will be made for a quick turn around time. Some electrical items require an extended time for ordering of parts and for diagnostic and testing purposes. Please be patient with me.

Terms & Conditions
Collection of Goods
Consumers are advised that all goods must be collected within 3 weeks of successful repair. Otherwise storage charges may be applied.
Equipment is accepted on the following terms & conditions
- There is a £25 minimum labour charge payable where goods are accepted for estimate or repair.
- Equipment in which parts prove to be unattainable or absolute may be returned in a non-working condition.
- All repair must be collected within 3 weeks of completed repair, otherwise storage charges may be applied.
- All repair work has a 90 day warranty only on parts fitted.
- Un-repaired or scrapped equipment will be disposed of if not collected within three weeks.
- Goods are insured to the 2nd hand value only.
- On notification of completed repair or estimate given verbally or if there has been no contact from yourself after 3 weeks the unit will be disposed of to cover any cost incurred.
- The inspection fee is NOT refundable.
- If the repair cost is less than £40 the work will be carried out without your consent, where repair cost over £40 a verbal estimate will be given.
